Product Description
This is the first harvest tea from the high villages of Rize. It has been filtered twice. It offers a clear, rich, strong, and distinctive black tea flavor, free from dust. It grows in Ardeşen, in the unique climate of Rize, in rich soils embraced by both the sun and snow. This microclimate adds brightness and a deep character to this special blend of Lazika. The harsh yet fertile nature of Rize provides a rich and layered black tea flavor that can be felt in every brew. It is produced and packaged using traditional methods in Lazika's facilities in Rize/Ardeşen.
Product Features
- Use good water. Water that hasn't been over-boiled and is rich in oxygen.
- Boil the water, but don't let it boil too much. Add the tea to the water (not the water on top of the tea) and turn down the heat.
- Let it brew for exactly 17 minutes. The tea will settle in the teapot. This indicates your tea is brewed.

So, how much tea should you use? We use 30 grams of tea for 1 liter of water.
