Handmade Green Tea - 50g

Green tea is produced from the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant, which is what we generally call tea, without fermentation. This plant is also the raw material for black and oolong teas. All teas obtained from Camellia Sinensis are sources of antioxidants, but green tea is known as the tea with the most antioxidants, or polyphenols, because it is the least processed tea. These polyphenols are responsible for many of green tea's health benefits. Thanks to the preservation of its natural structure, green tea is known as a rich source of antioxidants that support the body and provide many health benefits. The light and refreshing taste of green tea makes it an enjoyable beverage at any time of day.

Tea is very sensitive to moisture and odors. Keep it sealed, away from moisture and direct sunlight, in the most beautiful place in your heart and kitchen. You can brew with 1 gram and make 2 infusions to drink 3-4 cups of tea.

For a good brew

We believe that the brewing method is as important as the quality of the tea used, so here are our brewing secrets;

• Use fresh, oxygen-rich water that has not been boiled before.
• Boil the water and let it cool to approximately 85°C for about 3 or 4 minutes. Using boiling water reduces the flavor and benefits of green tea.
• Add one gram of green tea to a teapot of about 400cc. (We do not recommend French Press)
• Pour water over it and let it steep for 4 minutes. Then watch the leaves slowly open. Then remove the tea. If you steep it longer, the flavors you get from the tea may become bitter.

You can brew a second cup and a second pot of tea and share your tea enjoyment with family and friends (without much time passing between infusions).
