Ingredients
Rosemary Oil and Water (Rosmarinus Officinalis)
Rosemary is a medicinal plant used to treat various ailments, including skin irritation and hair loss. It improves circulation and acts as a vasodilator, meaning it can open and widen blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily through them. Increased blood flow to the scalp provides many benefits to the hair and the scalp itself; improved circulation in the scalp helps hair follicles develop if their blood supply is cut off.
Some studies have found that rosemary increases hair growth in a similar way to minoxidil. While more research is needed to be 100% sure of its effect, no other natural alternative is currently available.
This effect may not occur in everyone, but everyone can benefit from applying rosemary to their scalp.
Bıttım (Terebinth Oil)
Terebinth oil, used for its antiseptic properties in Anatolia since ancient times, increases hair's resistance and elasticity with its natural ceramides and vitamin E. Ceramides, which are essential components of the hair follicle, help protect the hair's structure and integrity, and are necessary for resilient hair.
Avocado Oil:
Nourishes and strengthens hair. Avocado oil naturally contains biotin, a member of the B vitamin family, believed to play a role in the growth of healthier, thicker hair. Along with biotin, it is rich in minerals, essential fatty acids, and vitamins A, B-5, and E.
All of these help to seal the hair's cuticle, increase its flexibility, and prevent breakage.
It is extremely rich in essential fatty acids, which makes it one of the few oils that can truly penetrate the hair shaft and genuinely condition your hair. It protects hair from heat and sun damage. Its carotenoid antioxidants; beta-carotene and lutein, are powerful antioxidants that help protect the scalp and hair from UV damage and pollutants, so avocado oil protects hair from sun damage and other elements due to its antioxidant properties. Thanks to its high smoke point, it also acts as a natural heat protector. It strengthens hair strands from within.
Pumpkin Seed Oil
Pumpkin seed oil is rich in nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, and antioxidants; these nutrients are important for maintaining a healthy scalp and promoting hair growth.
In addition to generally promoting hair growth, there is some interesting research suggesting that pumpkin seed oil may help in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern baldness). Phytosterols, natural compounds found in pumpkin seed oil, are known to interfere with hair loss and potentially inhibit dihydrotestosterone (DHT) production, a hormone that can contribute to hair loss, especially in cases of androgenetic alopecia.
However, more studies are needed regarding this effect. This effect may not occur in everyone.
Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid)
It acts similarly on hair fibers as it does on skin, allowing hair fibers to retain and seal in moisture.
Hyaluronic acid also helps to seal the cuticle, which prevents frizz caused by moisture loss and also prevents curl disruption due to frizz in curly hair. Damaged hair strands struggle to retain moisture, hyaluronic acid helps to fill cracks in damaged hair shafts and moisturize them. To get the maximum benefit from the water-retaining effect of hyaluronic acid products, it is recommended to apply them to damp hair, preferably after showering.
Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein
A plant-based protein that penetrates the hair cuticle to nourish and strengthen hair strands from within. It increases the elasticity of hair strands and protects them against wear and breakage. It helps to repair damage to hair strands. It prevents hair from losing its moisture.
Arginine:
A plant-based protein that penetrates the hair cuticle to nourish and strengthen hair strands from within. It increases the elasticity of hair strands and protects them against wear and breakage. It helps to repair damage to hair strands. It prevents hair from losing its moisture.
Panthenol
Panthenol (Vitamin B5) acts as an emollient, softening rough skin and cracks in the hair. Panthenol is also effective for coarse-textured hair, as it can correct imperfections in the hair shaft.
Vitamin B5 also has anti-inflammatory properties that aid in the repair process of damaged hair. It is an excellent emollient and also helps to balance the hair's moisture content, increasing its elasticity and strengthening hair strands by penetrating the hair cortex.
Maltodextrin
It naturally coats the hair strands, helping them to thicken, appear more voluminous, and maintain their shape. It also protects the hair cuticle against wear and tear and increases the water retention capacity of hair strands, making hair easier to style.
Clove Oil
Native to Indonesia, cloves have been used in traditional and folk medicine for centuries to treat many ailments and aid dentistry. Cloves are also an integral part of many Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic treatments due to their antimicrobial, antiviral, anesthetic, and antiparasitic properties.
Cloves, the unopened buds of the clove tree belonging to the Myrtaceae family, have an effective history dating back to 300 BC.
Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory: Cloves are rich in antioxidants that can help improve overall health by eliminating some negative effects of oxidative stress. In addition to their antioxidant properties, they contain eugenol, a phenolic compound that provides antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Increases blood circulation: Cloves can indirectly help promote hair growth by improving scalp blood circulation. Many popular hair growth and regeneration treatments and techniques aim to increase scalp circulation, as a healthy flow of oxygenated blood is believed to provide a good foundation for new hair growth.
Reduces itching: Eugenol, one of the antioxidants found in cloves, has both antihistamine and pain-relieving effects, both of which can help reduce itching.
Depending on the cause of the itching, eugenol can also help relieve inflammation as well as pain.
